NCM Integration Problem with NPM

We have NPM v9.1 SP3 and NCM v5, and we've installed the NCM integration package on the NPM server (NCM on separate server). In the main view, I've added the NCM-based blocks titled "Orion NCM Configuration History" and "Last 15 Config Changes." I clicked the CREDENTIALS button and entered my AD credentials, and I've also tried using a local administrator username/password defined on the NCM server. In both cases, I am able to see "Last 15 Config Changes" but I get the following error under "Orion NCM Configuration History":

"The specifed credentials are invalid. Click this message and specify a valid Orion NCM user and password"

Please help!

We're working on a fix, but in the meantime please run a repair on the NCM Integration Module to resolve this issue.

I tried a repair as you suggested but I still show the same problem. Any other ideas?

When you ran the repair on Orion NCM Integration plug-in (from control panel > add/remove programs), did you run through the Orion Config Wizard with database and website selected?

I wasn't sure if I did the first time, so I ran the repair again and selected database and website. I got a couple errors because we don't have syslog installed, but other than that the repair wizard finished and when I checked all the Orion services were up and running. Unfortunately, I'm still seeing the same thing.

I just upgraded to 9.5 and 5.5 and I'm having the same issues. I can see last config changes, but NCM Configuration history gets the specified credental are invalid on the NPM home page.

Did you also install the integration module that came with the downloads?

No I did not. didn't even see it.

I went back and installed it and everything is working great. thanks for your help.
