Orion NPM does not run well on Windows 2003. There is something different within the SNMP engine on Windows 2003 that makes Orion NPM run really slow. SolarWinds is working on the issue but it is not clear at this time if it will be a fix from Microsoft or a change withn the SolarWinds Orion NPM software.

Is that 2003 you are referring to or 2008? I had heard of a 2008 issue but nothing with 2003.
