Menu Bars don't appear in NPM 10.1

After a recent upgrade I noticed that our custom menu bars don't appear for a single (though unfortunately it is the admin) login. We can see the them for other accounts, but this single account get nothing across the top of the screen.

I tried to remove the customer menus by setting to default, but nothing. Anyone else out there have a similar problem and maybe a fix?

I've seen this happen if the browser was open to the NPM website during the upgrade or during a restart. I've found that if you clear the cache, all is well. Perhaps the browser cache had expired prior to Mon and now life is good ;-)

Quick update -- this is only an issue in Firefox, not IE.

Monday morning has been good to me. Logged into Firefox and fired up the web portal for NPM and all worked fine. I'm not quite sure what changed, but on a Monday morning I'm not going to ask questions.

If anyone discovers anything I'd be interested to know in case this repeats with other customers.

I've noticed this on Chrome and Firefox, and maybe even IE as well. I am not sure what the cause is but I know atleast on one occasion I hit the F5 key and they appeared.

Had that problem on a Fedora box using Firefox. Refresh didn't work but clearing the browser cache did.
