Define alerts

Hi All,

How to define alerts e.g. minor, major, critical, etc. Any standard rule to define those?

I would think that really depends on your network infrastructure and what your organization would consider to be a Critical, Major, or Minor event / alert.  It's really versatile in allowing the administrators to define what they need in alerting.

As an example, you could consider a network latency of greater than 30ms a major alert because you know that you have a very low latency network.

Etc.
