Has anyone integrated solarwinds with Kaseya ticketing tool ?
Off topic, but may I ask how do you like Kaseya? I've trialed it, but have not paid them yet.
I don't think there is any kind of SolarWinds integration with the VSA module.
To my knowledge there is no gui based integration. However you can have very sophisticated alert actions to send to kaseya.
e.g. Web-posts, Scripting actions ....
there are endless possibilities.
Kaseya tool can be used for ticketing, patching, scripting to automate tasks, remote desktop etc...
