Missing CPU & Memory data from web portal and system manager

Hi there,

We've come across a situation today where a server being monitored on NPM 9.1 SP3 lost visibility of CPU and memory status for approx 24hrs.

Ping and Disk Volume status remained monitored for the same duration, so the SNMP polling used for CPU, Mem and Disk Vol wasn't down. Monitoring of the CPU and memory has resumed from approx 12pm today seemingly of its own accord, but we need a report on the utilisation for the first part of the morning.

There doesn't appear to be anything that tallies up with the same timestamp or scale in the server event logs to indicate anything amiss.

Is this something that anyone has come across before?

Note sure if it meant you checked this on the monitored server, but you might see an issue in the logs of the SNMP agent.

Not sure as well about the OS/ SNMP Agent you are running.

Is it the only server for which no data has been stored?
