RSS Feeds

Hi,

Has anyone done anything with RSS in Orion 8.5.1 - One of our ServiceDesk guys wants to link in a few of the Orion resource outputs into our ServiceDesk Portal.

I've passed on some RSS scripts that I found on here, but they're refering to Orion v7 - and by the looks of things the database tables may be different, so we're not getting any data.

I was using the same code you found, and it does work with Orion v8.x, but only with basic alerts. That code was developed before the dawn of advanced alerts. I remember trying to play around with the code in a feeble attempt to get it working with advanced alerts, but due to the complex method in which advanced alerts are stored in the database it was beyond my programming ability. Maybe someone like Network Guru who has done more extensive research into the database structure and appears to have more programming experience than me might be able to offer his assistance. Or at least determine if it's actually possible to do.
