When I logged into NPM, there is no "Settings" next to "Reports". I do see "Settings" on other users screen when they log in. So how can I bring mine out?
This is what I have when I'm logged in:
Have one of those users make you an administrator.
As d09h said, you need to be an Orion Administrator to see the Settings link. Someone with Admin rights will need to edit your account and make you one, and that should clear it up.

We're living the dream too... I see this as another oversight on development's part.. If you look at various descriptions of 'admin' in the gui & doco, admin rights are supposed to add the ability to modify other user's rights. This should NOT, IMO control the ability to get to the settings menu for things like manage nodes, and other functions that aren't necessarily just for admins.
