Advanced Alert Problem

I have configured the following advanced alert for a custom poller.

Trigger Alert when all of the following apply

Poller Name equals mypollerName
Status is not equal to optimal
Status is not equal to quickInited

The custom poller reads the Array status from RAID arrays and gets results as a table indicating the Array Name and the status for each array. My problem is that the alert is still triggered when Status is quickInited.

Can anybody shed any light into why this alert rule is not working as it should?
