Reporting Availability with maintainence windows

I am trying to figure out hoe to create availability reports that do not include maintainence windows.

Any ideas?

Example:
Server1 is scheduled to be out of service 2AM-4AM every Sunday.
Server2 is scheduled to be out of service from 9PM to 5AM everyday.

The report should show availability that does not include these windows.
