When I build a new map of my network with Network Atlas, it takes a long time to load it locally in Network Atlas. When I try to view it via the web page, it times out and fails.
This map has 163 nodes, and no nested or nesting nodes are contained in the map. It has no background.
Smaller maps load without issue.
A friend at a different company reports he regularly views a Network Atlas map in Orion that contains 400 nodes.
Is there a hardware limitation I'm running into that is preventing the timely loading of the page? I don't have a separate server for the web display--it runs on my primary Orion polling server, which is a stand-alone server with dual 2.5 Ghz procs and 3.5 G RAM.
Granted, the server is busy polling 4000+ elements, but SolarWinds claims that's well within its capabilities.
What should I do to get NPM to properly display this network map without timing out?
