Removing VMWare Hosts Removes Guests Also?

I need confirmation on the behavior I am seeing in Orion NPM...

Is it true that when you remove a virtual host system that it will also automatically remove all guests associated with that host if the guest was added by clicking on the unmanaged system and choosing manage?
