NPM 10.2 multiple CPU servers

Question

dear all,

I have just installed a trial version of MPN 10.2 before migrating the production one and found a strange behavior for servers with multiple CPU .(it's a new and nice feature but!!):

but

so for me the average should be 50 % :-)

any idea?

dear all,

I have open and then close the ticket (288354).It looks like WMI is more precise than SNMP and as I haven't' encountered a faulty average anymore !!!

I will contnue to have a look and let you know if I'm still facing strange results.

Just as ET suggested, please open a support ticket to provide diagnostic.  Also, it would be a great help if you could post back here with the ticket # and any solutions you receive from support.

aditional info:

on test server 10.2 :  machine has been discovered using WMI

on prod server 10.1 : machine has been discovered using SNMP

I will give you more details when polling will have more history
