On server reboot - Orion needs to be 're-installed / repaired' !! ??

I'm responsible for a Solarwinds Orion install (later version of V9 I think) it's around a year old now.... there's a pretty weird issue, when someone reboots the server Orion is installed on after reboot the Orion application cannot be 'found' and the only way to fix this is to go control panel\applications and click on 'repair' and wait 20 minutes......

I don't have any extra info and its at a secure site withiut any remote access, but I'm going there tomorrow and would like to arm myself with any thoughts on what it might be would be really appreciated.

We would need to know the exact error that is causing the issue. I would suggest Running the Configuration Wizard, select all 3 options and run through the wizard with the current settings. A repair will sometimes not run the Configuration Wizard at the end. If you are stuck with any issue, please call our Support Number 1-866-530-8100 Option 3 for Support.
