Resources not appearing in View of

Hello

Wondering if someone might be able to point me in the right direction. I've tried searching but cannot find the appropriate answer.

I want to enable the 'Ports details' Resource on a view page of a Cisco 2960 Switch Node we have, I've created a new tab and made the Ports Details the only resource available, but when I go and view it, the page is blank

I know this view works as it is enabled on a identical Cisco 2960s Switch and it works fine -

Is any one able to help me out?

Are you managing the ports on that Cisco 2960 that is not working? and you can check the "Device Tracker Summary" page and see if that 2960 is there.
