Need to add McAfee Secure Mail Appliance to database

Hello,

I have an installation of Orion NPM 9.5 and what to add our Anti Spam Secure Mail Appliance (McAfee is the vendor) on the Orion database.

When I tring to add this device throw the System Manager I am getting the error message “Does not support the interface MIB”. I have also download the MIB file from the vendor web site for my device but I can’t manage to import it to Orion database and be able to view throw the web interface.

I have read on the support topics that you advice to contact support and the support will update the database with the new MIB’s data.

Please advice how to proceed, it very important for us have control and view for our AntiSpam appliance
