CISCO 35760G not recognised

I am adding few Cisco 3560G switches but ORION 9.5 does not recognise the switces. Any one has similar problem?

A couple of things I can think of -

Is SNMP configured on the switches?

Is there an ACL keeping you from getting to the switches via SNMP?

If this stuff look good, I suggest doing a packet capture from the Orion server and see what is happening between Orion and a switch.
