Alert Management in NPM12

I have installed NPM 12 in our environment and have noticed that the alert manager will generally become unresponsive after viewing or attempting to edit an alert. This is also browser agnostic, IE, Chrome, or Firefox will all become unresponsive after viewing or editing an alert.

I have also noticed that I cannot duplicate & edit alerts from within the alert manager.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

NPM runs on Windows 2012 Server. We also use NTA on its own server with its database housed on the NTA server.

No other modules are utilized.

I was able to duplicate and create alerts just fine in my NPM 12.

Can you go to C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Logs\Orion and find the most recent Orionweb.log?

I just did some tests on my VM running RC3 and I am not experiencing any of the issues that you listed above. I would suggest opening a support case and sending in diagnostics.

I was able to duplicate and edit after relaunching alert manager. I still have the issue with the console becoming unresponsive. I will open a case with support. Thank you for testing on your end Janene16 and neomatrix1217.

I have that behavior with NPM 11.5.3 - after creating a new alert, the page refreshes and no alerts are shown, only the Alert Manager and Action Manager tabs are displayed, going back to Admin and then Manage Alerts then brings up what I would normally expect to see there.
