I am currently at SP2 and trying to install SP3 with no luck!
I am using Solarwinds to restart the Web Console service when it hangs. Seems to do the trick about 3 times a day.
Why can't I install SP3
Some suggestions to try here.
If none of the items Mark references work, then please open a support ticket
Actually the informationservice.msi resolved my SP3 issue.
So far 12 hours and no web console hangs!
