No Utilization Stats for Network Interfaces

I have a FedoraCore 2 box with 4 NICs. I'm running net-snmp 5.1.1-2 (via rpm) on the box. Orion can see that there are NICs. But it reports the status as "unknown" and obviously does not give any utilization infomartioin.
Any ideas on what I might be missing would be greatly appreciated.
I am running the evaluation version of Orion... "Network Performance Monitor Version 7.2"
