I am trying to do a NetWork Discovery but is show an error: Unable to start discovery. Could not reach JobScheduler service after 3 retreis. What I must do?
I think the first thing you'll want to check is to make sure the SolarWinds Job Scheduler service is running. Go to Start | All Programs | SolarWinds Orion | Advanced Features | Orion Service Manager. If it's not running, start the service and try your discovery again.
I have done that already. But when I try the discovery again show the same error msg and stops the the Job. Any other sugestion?
If you've restarted all of your services (or rebooted your server) and verified that they remain running, I'd say it's probably time to open a case with support. You could always try running the configuration wizard to see if that fixes the problem, but support would probably be a better bet at this point.
