Advanced Alert-Response Time

I'm trying to create an alert that will send trigger when the average response time for a device increases by a certain amount.

I have network devices all over the country and overseas, they all have different response times. What I want to do is have a rule that is universal to all the devices, without having to do rules for each one.

ex: Alert when Average response time = Average Response Time + 10

Is there a way to do this?

Hi HMartinez,

While we do not have the ability to define the alert as the average plus 10, we can alert if the current response time is greater than the average response time, which would catch your condition above.

You can do this by defining a complex condition using fields so the alert would look something like:

field Response Time is greater than field Average Response Time.
