I am getting a different error on the website. I am getting "An unexpected error occured" 75% of the time when the maps try to load. It is also taking around 30-45 seconds for the maps to display.
We are working on the performance issue people have reported around slow map load times
We fixed some mapping issues in SP1 and are still fixing a few. Till we get the next SP out, if you see the error again, just do what you did when you saw it this time
Verified that stopping and starting both services does remove the error.
while initially I was not seeing the same error, my issue was navigation from the Network Summary Home page would result in the page hanging (Not Responding)
Once restarted all navigation was restored.
Is anyone still having these issues? I'm on SP3 and I still get these issues 50-70% of the time. Its killing me. I'm going to have to roll back to 9.1 for a second time if I can't get past this.... HELP! I have a ticket open as well, but I'll try anything.Thanks
This did work for me as well. I have simply written a batch file to bounce those services and set up a scheduled task to do that every hour.Definitely need a permanent fix, but at least I don't have to roll back to 9.1...ugh!
