Cannot edit Node

Hi everyone,

When I want edit Node I get following error:

JavaScrip error:Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException

Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorExeption: Value cannot be null.

Parameter name: source undefined 500

Please help to fix that problem.

Are you able to edit any node or is this just for particular nodes?

Are you able to get to the Manage Nodes screen?

Has the been any changes to Custom Properties recently?

No I can't.

No there were no changes

Have you checked the Orion Business Layer Log file to see if there is a matching error message with more detail?

I can't find this file "Orion Business Layer Log"

I'm not 100% sure which log file they are referring to but I would check:

Core.BusinessLayer.log & BusinessLayerHost.log

Easiest fix would be config wizard but if doing that I would upgrade as your a few behind.

Try using a different browser?

Is this still an issue?
