Wireless heat maps error

Question

First, I would open a ticket with SolarWinds but due to their backlog thought I would turn to Thwack for faster response.....

I have been playing with the Heat maps in 11.5. I created 2 maps last week and they 'were' working but when I look at the map thumbnails today in Networks I am seeing the error "Wireless heat map poller is not enabled".

I have looked and can't seem to find a setting or service to turn this off or on.

I have cycled all Orion services and even rebooted the server - same thing.

Ideas?

Did you get a resolution to this? Getting the same error here too. We haven't used it yet, but wanted to try it out and this error came up for me running 11.5.3

Update - since nothing from Thwack I decided to open a ticket with support. I will see how long it takes for them to respond.
