Notepager Integration

I have installed NotePager in an attempt to use an analog modem to call my cell phone in case of an Internet-related outage. Using the test mechanism within NotePager, it calls my cell phone as intended. However, when I try to test-fire an alert from Orion the log shows a successful test but NotePager never dials. The NotePager log never shows any attempt to dial out on Orion's behalf and it looks like it never receives a request from Orion to dial. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

1) After reading the postings in THWACK I think I know why the boss has been so insistent on getting the modem working, going by the discussions there I would not have selected this product ( Orion )

2) My problem was actually very simple, I had downloaded notepage_32, not notepage_pro – I now have notepage pro installed ( trial mode ) and everything works fine. (start notepage_PRO and minimize first).

3) I understand that Orion does not support 3^rd party products, but this is the product that is suggested by Orion, when I showed the tech (CITRIX wise) that the product was installed and working, and showed him that Orion did not see it, I would have expected a more helpful response.
