Report Writer - Display total amount of time a device was down last 30 days

Hi Folks,

I'm looking to create a report that shows the total amount of time a device was down last month. does anyone know if or how this can be done?

Ok so that report got me moving in the right direction and i was able to tailor it to suit my needs. I have uploaded the finished result to the content exchange here:
