Changed Orion Map behavior in 9.1?

We patched to 9.1 and it seems like Child and Parent icons are behaving differently than before.  Now if a node is down it inherits that red/down state through every icon up to the top level.  Thus, my North America Icon turns red when a minor switch at a site goes down.

In 9.0, it would turn parent objects yellow/warning when some, but not all child nodes are down.  I can't seem to find this option in any of the settings--it appears that you can just set a slider for what percentage has to be up to be "green."

In the attachment, 3 minor switches are down, yet it is inheriting this down state up to the highest level.

 We changed behavior on maps and all nodes to roll up the worst status.  On maps, you can modify it by going into Map Maker > Settings  and click on the Map Defaults, and you can control the % of items that must be down to call it down.
