problems about databases
txq
Hi all,
I use the MS SQL SERVER database , with the more and more devices added to the system, the database becomes very big. I found the system
has not the function of deleting the data from the database. For example, I want to delete the data before 2006-2-1 in the InterfaceTraffic table. But the system did not provide the function.
Has anyone know it? Or I should delelop a database management system to delete data?

Go into the database manager and run a compact database. I just dropped the size of mine from over a gb to 700 mb.
