Resource FIlter Nodes with dynamic filter

I want for our CSC a view that shows the nodes of their open troulbe-tickets...

I'm looking for a solution where I can filter the nodes for a resource of a certain view using a SQL query with parameters taken from a .txt file or queried directly from another SQL-DB.

Is that possible and how?

I guess I could push it directly into the DB in ResourceProperties Filter, but I'm not quite sure how.
