Weather maps as linked Network map background

Seems like I once read here how to change web.config file to allow my server to pull weather maps from behind an Internet proxy, however I can't seem to find it anymore. Just getting the red box with "Dynamic background failed to load" message.

The server -is- able to display the weather map in Network Atlas, it just doesn't display it to the user. Help...

The settings your talking about are below and apply to your web.config file... However not sure if this will fix your issue.

<appSettings>
     <add key="proxyAvailable" value="true" />
     <add key="userName" value="username" />
     <add key="password" value="password " />
     <add key="proxyAddress" value="IP of the proxy server" />
     <add key="proxyPort" value="port of the proxy server" />
</appSettings>

I have similar issue and i am using the proxy settings, my web server can view the dynamic background but from my pc the error message is displayed.

Anyways hope the settings above help you out.
