Alert only after a number of times and summarize the alerts into one alert.

Does the Orion system have the ability to summarize outages or even delay based on the number of alerts received? What'sUp can delay before sending an alert based on the number of alerts it has per device.

 

 

If a line went up and down 15 times, instead of sending 15 up/downs into the logs it could send a summary response. Is this possible? How?

If this is possible, I'm not aware of a way to do it. The closest thing to this is the delay option for each advanced alert that will fire only if the trigger conditions are met for a certain period of time (e.g. trigger if node is down for at least 5 minutes).
