Solarwinds Network Monitor Problems?

Hey we are currently using version 7.8.111 and the problem we are occurring is that the information from the cmts is not getting uploaded therefore we cannot track modem percentages or things of that nature. We reinstalled solarwinds. It worked for about one week and then quit again. Any ideas?
