How get CustomPoller Data-NPM 8.51 into Report?

I imported a couple of custom pollers to grab cisco serial numbers from one of the other fourms

How do I get this data into a report. I don't see the fields appear anywhere in the report write when I am adding fields.

 

Yes, I do have the custom pollers assigned to a couple of devices and they have had time to pull stats from the device.

Let me start by saying I'm no SQL guru. The only way I know how to do this is by using the PollerID and assigning it as a value. Someone posted a report similar to this at one point, but I can't remember if it was in the forums or in the content sharing zone. You'll have to look in the database to find the value for the PollerID. Here is the sql statement I found on Thwack. (I've modified it for our environment, but hopefully it will give you a place to start.)

Select Caption, IP_Address, (Select Status from CustomPollerStatus, CustomPollerAssignment Where CustomPollerStatus.CustomPollerAssignmentID = CustomPollerAssignment.CustomPollerAssignmentID AND CustomPollerAssignment.NodeID = Nodes.NodeID AND CustomPollerAssignment.PollerID = '{c07bcb6a-ef99-416d-950d-fba74af5c10b}') as 'Value', (Select Status from CustomPollerStatus, CustomPollerAssignment Where CustomPollerStatus.CustomPollerAssignmentID = CustomPollerAssignment.CustomPollerAssignmentID AND CustomPollerAssignment.NodeID = Nodes.NodeID AND CustomPollerAssignment.PollerID = '{1f945ba2-a034-4d5a-baf1-59823bd518ca}') as 'Value2', Nodes.Agency AS Agency from Nodes Where Vendor = 'Cisco' Order By Caption
