NPM v10.0 Additional Web Engine with NPM 9.5

Does anyone know if I can run the Orion Network Performance Monitor v10.0 Additional Web Server if I am still running NPM 9.5

I am planning a Phased upgrade of my NPM and need to do the web console first.

No, you should upgrade the main NPM first, in prior to upgrading the Additional Web Server.
