I'm running NPM V9.1 SP5. When I launch Mapmaker and try to drag a background onto the map, the crashes. In the log, I get the following message:

Faulting application MapMaker.exe, version 9.1.0.2, time stamp 0x48e402c1, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, time stamp 0x00000000, exception code 0x80000004, fault offset 0x00000000,

 

Has anybody seen this?

Hi,

Do you have this issue with all the background images?

 

If no, the image file could be corrupted.

 

If yes, then I would advise you to repair the installation.

Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.

Select Orion Network Performance Monitor and click on Change.

Select the repair option and follow the steps.

Recall to re-apply the SP5 at the end of the repair.
