Is it possible to add only the SNMP community string?

Hi,

I would like to know if i can just add the new community string given by Network team without any node details.

Under Network Sonar Discovery, i see an option to add new credential but then there are other tabs as well. So can any one help in clarifying this?

yes you can add that new SNMP community string on your schedule discoveries so that it use it to check on devices that will be scanned.

I have been just given a new Community String thats it, no node names are given. Thats why i m asking is it possible to just add the community string under Sonar discovery as that is where i see an option. Can you please clarify on this?
