Juniper EX2200 Switch CPU Utilization

We just added some EX2200 switches and noticed they are bouncing all over the place with CPU utilization. Right now, there isn't any traffic so it seems really strange. Curious if anyone else has these switches in NPM and what they are seeing.

This is my one my ex2200

JUNOS 11.1R3.5 all of them have the same CPU spike.
