EOC Access requirements

I am trying to tie in an NPM to my EOC across the internet.  I can work out all the connections, and the IIS configurations, but I just wanted to check this point from the admin guide for EOC in the section Adding NPM servers:

Type a username and password with sufficient access to the Orion NPM server web console resources you want to monitor in the Orion server credentials

What I want to know is, what is sufficent access?

It basically means that you should use an Orion account with no account limitations.  The data that EOC pulls from Orion will be filtered if the account has account limitations.  This is not a requirement, but a recomendation.
