Error when opening WebConfig Backup v7.8

Hi all,

I get the following error when opening the Web Conlfiguration Backup tool:

"Cannot create OrionNPMWeb.Application object
Error # 13 Type mismatch"

I got this error since I installed some MS patches.
Running V7.8 (full install not an upgrade from previous version)
IISUSER_SOlarwinds is in the admin group
Distributed transaction service started
re-run the Config-Wizzard
tried as well to unload COM+ etc..

I've read some posts, with a similar error, none of
the advice could help .. If you have any idea.. .
