I just wanted to get some clarification and insight on creating live maps. Can I use live weather maps with network atlas? Would it be static picture or live? I have tried the "linked background" button and pasted the URL but it can't validate. I'm testing with the link below:
radar.weather.gov/.../NatLoop_Small.gif
I'm able to use the link above when I add a view under manage views and use the "custom html." My goal is to try to integrate it with the maps...instead of just having a stand alone box with live weather.
