Looks like SW is having some cert and/or download issues... suggestions?
We use Umbrella but this is the first time I have had this issue. I can't even get to the site to download the full installer...
Is there an error message or just blank screen? Also try another browser. Thanks for your patience.
If the update fails I will open a ticket. I know all too well how to collect those diagnostics. I could do that in my sleep... now getting an actual answer from support... lol
You can reach out to your rep to try and move it along 'quicker' did you attempt to visit the site with a different browser? I am hoping it gives an error message
