Netperfmon process never starts.

running 10.1.2 and having issue where the netperfmon process never starts... Always says it starting.. Any ideas?

If you haven't already, I would open a support ticket on this right away so that SolarWinds can help you out and determine if this is a bug.

I have also opened ticket with support, and they are working on it. But have not seen before.
