SNMPv3 - Unknown EngineID

Hi,

we are experiencing a problem with an SNMPv3 agent. After dicovering an ABB device with SNMPv3 credentials and successful validation, in the orion universal device poller when I try to assign my poller to the device the test result is SNMPv3 - Unknown EngineID.

Any idea?
