I thought I would throw this out to you all while I waited for customer report to respond back to me.
I have Cirrus and Orion on the same server. The integration to get Config Files in the Orion web view works great. I also performed the tasks to get Cirrus Reports available via Orion's web interface. The process was simple and it worked great - for at least 10 days. Now, for some reason the resouce is present but it is now empty. The list of reports was there in the morning, and later when I looked they were gone. The reports are present in the C:\Inetpub\SolarWinds\NetPerfMon\Reports directory, written correctly during the "run report" process on Cirrus. In fact, I can double-click on them and open them from the Windows explorer. But...the resource on the Network Summary Home page does not "see" them.
I've rerun the Configuration Wizard for the website, I've check the permissions on this folder, I've performed the report integration steps from scratch, I've removed and re-added the resource...nothing I've done is making a difference.
We've opened up ticket number #36418.
Anyone got a clue? I don't.
