Orion Syslog server action

Hi,
When I try to create a new rule int he syslog application, I am not able to add any action. The button is not reacting.
Question 2 : Reverse dns is not working ; I changed the source logging and the ip is correct ; but the dns column stays empty. ( reverse dns via the command prompt is working - all ptr's are ok )

Have you tried to re run the configuration wizard? This is what I did when my Syslog was not functioning correctly. Which DNS tool are you using that is not functioning correctly? Did this start when you began using the syslog? If so I would re run syslog Configuration Wizard then reboot. Then I would uninstall re install the toolset.
