License manager problems

I been trying for the last hour to deattach my licenses from a server since we are doing a major server move tonight.

License manager keeps failing, looks like it tries the server a few times and eventually comes back with an unable to reset license at this time.

This is extremely frustrating, does anyone happen to be around that works for Solarwinds at the moment, or maybe im missing something extremely stupid?

Good luck. We don't allow our servers direct access to the Internet so I have to speak with Customer Service. I was trying to migrate to a new server. I tried 2 different support numbers that both give fast busy signals. I tried e-mailing customerservice and submitting a trouble ticket. All to no avail. It's as if Solarwinds just disappeared. I know the phone numbers have been a problem for others recently.
