Does anyone have an example email alert that they are using to automatically open a BMC Remedy ticket for a down node?
I am looking to see how they are formatting the content of the message.

I was very impressed by this integration, not only is it well documented but it went in without any issues and worked without any problems. We acheived it through the Email integration basically via email templates, with solar winds variables mapping remedy fields required to create a ticket. Its the standard recommended method. Incoming mail needs to be configured in remedy.
