The configuration wizard has failed.

I am attempting to upgrade NPM from 10.2 to 10.3. As the Configuration Wizard was completing, I got an error that said "The configuration wizard has failed." The complete error message is attached in the file Upgrade.png. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I would log a support call for this and ask them what the issue is.

If you don't want to do that, try restarting your Orion server before doing the upgrade. And if it still fails, stop the NPM website in IIS.
