Battery Backups alarm when lost utility power or voltage is below 1

I am running into an issue with monitoring some Battery Backups  . I have a device poller setup to send an email when voltage to the device drops below 0. But the problem is it doesnt turn the ups red or a different color  on the monitor it only shows up in the active alerts box on the summary screen which is easy to overlook . although it is good i am getting an email i still need something viewable on the summary screen , something noticeable so our helpdesk doesnt overlook an important outage.

anyone have any thoughts / input on this .

yes we use connectwise ticketing system. i believe i have came up with a solution. we are going to use the email to generate a ticket ... but also set the alert to trigger a page and send our oncall helpdesk person a text message.
